Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with stakeholders to negotiate business initiatives and collaborations;
2. Coordinate and guide applications for policy research projects;
3. Coordinate and guide implementation of commissioned projects and collaborative initiatives;
4. Organize and present research at public events;
5. Teaching in relevant fields if required;
6. Other related academic and administration tasks assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
1. PhD degree in relevant research fields such as public policy, public administration, economics, sociology, or urban planning;
2. Experience in conducting high-quality policy and academic research, track record of refereed research publications would be highly regarded;
3. Five years’ and above working experience, including minimum three years’ policy research or consulting experience;
4. Excellent verbal, writing, networking, analytical, organizational and project management skills;
Required Competencies and Skills:
1. Experience or qualifications in teaching in a tertiary environment is an asset;
2. Proactive and flexible, with an ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
