In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Ensure regulatory and internal/external EHS requirements are met or always exceeded.
- Ensure all production activities comply with GMPS and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure teams are focused on continuous improvement to enhance team competences.
You are responsible for
- Assist Senior Manufacturing Manager to plan and control department budget.
- People/Talent development key driver in transducer assembly/testing and packing area.
- Coaching team to use lean tools to drive continuous improvement to improve productivity.
- Ensure that production process is strictly followed by team and all quality/EHSS requirements are fulfilled;
- Maintain daily and weekly production plan, and guide and lead team staff to implement the plan to achieve company OTD goals.
- Maintain and improve production capacity to meet the business requirement.
- Lead team to use quality tools to do problem solving
You are a part of
- A professional site manufacturing team with international exposure.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor degree or above . Electronic Engineering related.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, experience in Medical device manufacturing is a plus
- Competencies and skills:
- Be family with lean tool of problem solving continuous improvement.
- Be familiar with ISO13485, GMP requirements.
- Good team work spirit and communication skills.
- Very good English skill.
