Responsibilities 职责
Responsible for providing back-office support to the Cluster including answering telephone, email and fax enquiries, issuing quotations and preparing documentation;
向检测部提供多方面的后台支持,包括接听电话,收发邮件及传真,发送报价单及整理相关文件;
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系;
Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures.
根据预定的流程,监测项目的情况。

Good in Mandarin and English .
良好的普通话及英语表达;CET-4及以上优先考虑。
