YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

1. Support the Commercial team on forecast analysis tasks

• Create robust forecast analysis to facilitate both production planning as well as financial planning
• Build forecast analysis based on customers data and sourcing region input

2. Provide support to Commercial Teams for data analysis, Ad-hoc reports, projects, and meeting facilitation 

• Support regular and Ad-Hoc reports based on available data / Metrics to support the Commercial team
• Support the design and development of reports and scorecards based on the sales team & customers' needs. 
• Support Commercial team on meeting preparation works

3. Collaboration with global locations on global requests and tasks

• Assure on-time completion and meet expectations
• Design and develop processes to drive both effectiveness and efficiency

4. Assist and Support the Develop of systems and processes to collect, analyze and interpret sales data, leveraging existing data sources and tools. (e.g. Finance Cube, BI Tool)

• Understand the tools and support the analysis to establish and reconcile gaps and errors
• Support the identification of reporting and analysis problems and work with relevant organizations, systems owners, and management to resolve them. (e.g. Finance, IT)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes for the sales organization

5. Support ad hoc projects on reviewing, understanding the systems, and providing input to improve the systems so that more detailed analysis at the program level can be done for Sales Teams

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Solid experience in business analysis preferred
• Excellent analytical, report writing and good communication skills
• Ability to present data in logical concise manner
• Motivated and results driven to aggressive timelines
• Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation
• Ability to multitask while delivering high quality results
• Ability to work within an highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office ( Excel, Powerpoint )
