工作职责:
Strong team management, decision-making, and effective delegation skills;
Responsible for making sure the team meets project deadlines and accomplish group objectives, with a vision for bringing out the best of each team member;
Maintenance of the AI chat-bot knowledge base, continuously working on identifying problems, fixing issues and improving the overall model accuracy;
Liaise with the relevant Development Teams and Product Managers to set project objectives;
Work closely with the Head of Service/Operations Manager to set AI and self-service standards and strategies;
Act as the point of contact for other AI trainer teams and supportive third parties;
Advocate the Trip culture and standards.
任职资格:
Full-time undergraduate degree or above;
2+ years of professional experience, comparable work experience as a team lead or management position, preferably in the customer service and AI industry;
Excellent in both verbal and written English;
Cultural awareness of the overseas market;
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office;
Extremely effective in working independently as well as inspiring a team to continue moving forward;
Positive and forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and result-orientated approach to work, go above and beyond to achieve the best outcome;
Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
