岗位信息

工作职责:

? Evaluate AI Trainer performance by monitoring unresolved session root cause accuracy, corpus annotation accuracy, which determines the customer intention recognition accuracy of chat-bot and AI platform configuration correctness.

? Provide constructive feedback to AI trainers, supervisors and managers regarding chat-bot optimization, including AI self-service rate improvement, business procedure updates, session analysis & corpus annotation procedure optimization etc.

? Chat-bot dissatisfied session daily analysis.

? Review AI chat-bot Q&A and FAQ answer "script" and business logic configurations, according to business procedure and customer needs, to ensure all online contents are of high quality and guarantee customer experience.

? Determine and analyse any quality gaps and formulate appropriate recommendations through self-service rate monitoring and AI Trainer action tracking.

? Contribute to Implementation of quality control standards and continuously optimize them according to business requirements.

? Work as a part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and your Team Lead as required.

? Advocate the Trip culture both internally and externally.

? Assist with other projects assigned by Team Leads / Supervisors / Managers.

任职资格:

? Have a good command of English and proficiency in one or more European languages such as German, French, Russian, both written and spoken

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

? Strong data analysis and operation ability, and able to independently extract and process serval kinds of analysis reports.

? Good communication skills, execution, and pressure resistance.

? A strong customer-oriented mindset.

? Positive and forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and results-orientated approach to work.

? Be conscientious and responsible, and good spirit of collaboration.

? More than 1 years’ experience as AI trainer or Customer Service Center quality control is preferred.
