岗位职责:
What do we need:
? A knowledgeable Inventory Management, Shipping, iProcurement, Purchasing and iSupplier portal subject matter expert who understands the cross functional process flow within the Supply chain (SCM).
? Manages the day-to-day design for Supply chain Solutions process ensuring strategic fit with the future direction of the business
? Works with business teams to identify and solution regional and local requirements within the context of the standard global business model and acts as the Oracle EBS application focal point for re-engineering opportunities within the Supply chain solution(Inventory& Procurement) architecture.
? Actively engages with business partners, process owners and partner (boundary) systems to clarify and define their business needs and translate those needs into technology solutions.

The ERP Inventory& Procurement team is a group of cross functional Supply chain experts who are responsible for ensuring Oracle ERP strategy. Oracle EBS global design is deployed and integrated with enterprise-wide Finance and Supply chain solutions for enabling the overall Amway business strategy. This group is highly motivated to design and implement ERP solutions for specific processes in Supply chain with areas such as Inventory Management, Shipping, iProcurement, Purchasing and iSupplier portal and Month End close. This role involves development and support of SCM (Inventory& Procurement) solution in collaboration with Cross functional team. The role will leverage Oracle EBS and partner systems technology to define, design and create business solutions which enable a streamlined - process based organization. The role requires to works with business teams to identify and solution regional and local requirements within the context of the standard global business model.

Required qualifications:
? Minimum 6-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle modules including: Inventory Management, Shipping, iProcurement, Purchasing and iSupplier
? Experience with user centered design methodology and Agile implementation is a plus
? Requirements Management Solutions, JIRA, or other Agile software
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Supply chain, Business, or a related field
Skills to be successful in the role:
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and effectively engage all levels of the organization including working with the business.
? Experience helping Consumer Goods/Direct Marketing companies transform business processes and aligning their ERP with their overall corporate strategy on a global basis
? Experience analyzing and understanding user stories to design solutions that will be implemented using ERP systems based on individual market and Global needs.
? Strong analytical, problem solving, design and technology skills
? A proven professional with 6+ years of industry and/or ERP experience
? Experience with providing hyper care support for deployed solution which includes but not limited to troubleshooting, incidents, performance testing, end user error and ongoing regular maintenance support.
? Understanding of Supply chain concepts
? Experience managing projects (individual & team), building timelines, deliverables and providing cost estimates is desirable.
? Proficient in SQL and basic PLSQL knowledge.
? Good oral and written expression ability in Chinese and English.
