Amazon is growing its Amazon Services strategy aggressively around the world, we are looking for a Seller Operations-Process Specialist to accelerate China Sellers success on worldwide Amazon Marketplace. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Amazon Services and play a key role to work with multiple internal stakeholders and business teams to contribute on significant Amazon Service products development and improvements, and/or launch to support growth of China Amazon Service. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply. The Role As a Seller Operations-Process Specialist, your primary role will be working closely with multiple Amazon business teams/stakeholders, drive process standardization & optimization via SOP creation and continuously process enhancements, execute operational tasks, resolve issues escalated by AMs and explore offshore task opportunity to support and improve China Amazon Services deliverables and experience to ensure long term success of China Sellers on Amazon worldwide marketplace. The ideal candidate should have sales-operation or sales-support related experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, across multiple complex functions with capability to influence external parties; able to interface with technology systems, analyze data and gather actionable conclusions; and streamline/document/optimize end to end business processes, able to handle small projects management. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will also require to deliver results against set targets.
