Financial Analyst, International Commercial Reporting

Key Responsibility:

·       Strong collaboration with specific group of stakeholders from both Regional & Global teams

·       Perform review of accounting and operation analysis, to ensure reporting in high quality and according to timeline

·       Go to person for specific global business units

·       Work closely with specific global business units for daily/weekly/monthly requirements

·       Conduct profit and other financial data calculations and analysis of historical data, market data, compare actual operation with expectation and the integration of relevant information of assigned global business units to provide analysis and support for business decision-making

·       Collaborate and participate with HQ and global counterparts to implement business plan or improve processes and global projects

·       Able to identify and drive solution on compliance risk of assigned global business units

·       Prepare and submit reports that are structured, concise, comprehensive, accurate, and timely

·       Work closely with HQ and assigned global business units, support and collaborate on global projects and other requirements

Requirements:

Education & Work Experience

·       Experienced in both MNC and Chinese local companies with global business operations

·       Experience in working in a fast pace and aggressively expanding business where structures and SOPs needs to be set up and improved

·       Strong solid track record of project management

·       Experience in ERP implementation

·       Solid finance / accounting knowledge

·       Audit firm with in-house experience is a plus

·       MBA and CPA qualified preferred

·       Strong fluency in English and Mandarin is required

·       3+years related work experience.

·       Excellent analysis and presentation skill are must.
