- Possesses a working knowledge of statistics, programming and predictive modeling.
- Demonstrates excellent code writing abilities.
- Has strong critical thinking skills and the ability to relate them to the products or services the company is producing.
- Proficient programming in Python, R, and SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Hadoop, NoSQL, Java are strong plus.
- Programming on scalable/Big Data language such as Scala/Spark is a plus.
- Shows strong knowledge of basic and advanced prediction models.
- Possesses a combination of creative abilities and business s knowledge.
- Has data mining knowledge that spans a range of disciplines.
- Displays superior technical coding abilities.
- Possesses strong exploratory analysis skills.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to bridge the gap between data science and business management.
- Has the ability to think and research creatively.
- Displays exceptional organizational skills and is detail oriented.
- MPossesses a mastery of statistics, machine learning, algorithms and advanced mathematics.
- Strong written/oral English communication skills in paper and oral.
- Shows a high level of skills in acquisition and application of vast knowledge areas over a short period of time and requires a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Master degree or PhD degree on mathematical, computer science or similar field of study, with at least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Previous working experience working in data mining or natural language processing.
