Responsibilities：

？ Serve an independent account portfolio for project implementation 

？ Oversee the smooth running of business services and ensure the optimal efficiency of process flow

？ Build good relationships and lobby with existing client as well as relevant authorities through consistent quality service delivery 

？ Be responsible for the creation and implementation of the key partner strategy and long term marketing coordination 

？ To explore opportunity of generating increase revenue, promoting new business and developing the full potential and profitability of the account portfolio. 

？ Enhance business effectiveness, responsible for people development; support delivery as well as team cohesiveness

Requirements：

？ Recognized University degree or above,  science or business management major and overseas MBA is preferred;

？ 5 years working experience with multinational companies in CRM or Business Service relevant industries;

？ Innovative, action-oriented professionals with the desire and initiative to make a major impact on the Business Service Industry

？ Clearly demonstrated leadership, track record of successful delivery

？ Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations

？ Ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources
