1. Negotiating, drafting and reviewing day-to-day contracts and support on contract templates.
2. Providing legal and compliance opinion to business units regarding business operation under head of legal team’s directions.
3. Supporting on various compliance programs at corporate and company level.
4. Ad hoc matters/projects/assignments from time to time given by the head of legal team.
职位要求：
1. Good working attitude, team player, self-driven, willing to learn.
2. 2~3 years of experiences in corporate legal matters from a law firm or in-house team.
3. Good command of English speaking and writing.
4. Experiences with multinational manufacturing company is a plus.
5. Law degree, PRC bar is a plus.
