- Support the deployment of classroom and online trainingWork according to GLS key principles and key rules for Tier 2 and Tier 3
- Manage intake and output of Philips learners, line and HR managers on learning cases and queries vis a vis the standard case management system in PPS in line with PPS service levels.
- Constant communication in regards to logistics of classes with the venue, internal or external trainers.
- Booking of external venue, communicate with other Philips sites to reserve training rooms, catering, etc.
- Work closely with the regional Learning Hub team to manage custom training solutions that require a high level of experience working with external vendors, training venues, materials, financials and high visibility to management.
- Performs standard HR documentation processes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirementsPerform regular checks on documents update in systems;
- Monitor and identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections.
- File employee-related documentation;
- maintain employee files and records.Manage and record document flow.
