Tasks:
- Order to Cash：
1、Order fulfillment from order/demand receipt and shipment out interface with customer externally and site logistics internally.
2、Preparing necessary documentation as per customer request and for payment collection timely.
3、SAP OTC system maintenance such as customer master, credit, pricing, invoice & billing tracking, and finance cut-off.
4、Dealer contractor filing and follow up.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
1、Regular sales performance report to support sales team.
2、Regional sales report support.
- Target management:
1、Support to manage sales and dealer's target, and regular tracking target progress, draft dealer contract, policy and KPI.
2、Annual SIC (sales incentive program) design and implementation.
- Others：
1、Other job assigned by line manager.
Education / Experience:
1、Bachelor degree or above.
2、SAP skill will be a must.
3、Good English on reading and writing.
4、Computer knowledge: good at commanding WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
5、At least 3 years working experience on order management/data analysis/project management .
Soft skills:
1、Ability to communicate in English both in written and oral.
2、Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
3、Strong, quantitative analytical and problem solving skills.
4、Good teamwork qualities.
5、Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6、Quick and logical thinker.
