Key Deliverables 岗位职责

?Deliver Digital Experience solution design to support both end customers and enterprise needs for China region

提供数字体验技术分析,支持中国地区的终端客户和企业需求

?Work closely with business in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies/scenarios to architect data solution for business transformation

与业务部门密切合作，确定解决方案需求和关键案例研究/场景，为业务转型构建数据解决方案。

?Intake and understand requirements from key stakeholders and translate into functional, non-functional, system, engineering and security requirements

接受并理解关键利益相关者的需求，并转化为功能、非功能、系统、工程和安全需求

?Conduct technical feasibility study and solution architecture design on the new ideas, concepts and requirements

对新的思想、概念和要求进行技术可行性研究和解决方案架构设计

 ?Evaluate the timing, cost and effort for the new ideas, concepts and requirements with support from product teams

 在产品团队的支持下，评估新想法、概念和需求的时间、成本和努力

Key capability/competency 任职要求

• Excellent communication skill, ability to present and communicate the proposed solution and design professionally with technical stakeholders (CTO, architecture office, IT Department…), TOGAF is a plus

优秀的沟通技巧，能够与技术利益相关者（CTO、架构办公室、IT部门……）专业地展示和沟通建议的解决方案和设计方案，有TOGAF认证为佳

• Demonstrated leadership in driving technology solutions from design to deployment in a complex environment comprised of business teams, IT functions, product vendors and outsource partners across multiple locations.

在由业务团队、IT职能部门、产品供应商和外包合作伙伴跨多个地点组成的复杂环境中，在推动技术解决方案从设计到部署方面表现出领导能力。

• Conduct technology synchronization and knowledge transfer with relevant technology architects of global business in terms of global and local digital solutions to meet local and group standards

与全球业务的相关技术架构师在全球和本地数字化解决方案方面，进行技术同步和知识传递, 以满足本地和集团的标准

l  5 or more years taking role as technical solution and system architect in the area of auto industry digital transformation , including business micro-service platform, cloud components, mobile app, connectivity and digital marketing eco-system, infrastructure architecture, application framework, DevOps utilization，K8S/Docker，database architecture, networking and risk evaluations

5年以上汽车行业数字化转型的解决方案架构咨询和设计经验, 覆盖汽车行业数字化业务中台/数据中台、云平台组件、移动应用程序和互联以及营销领域生态的解决方案设计和交付；同时对基础架构、应用框架、DevOps效能提升、K8S容器、数据库架构、网络和架构风险评估也有丰富的实践经验。

l  Hands on experience on deployment & migration on cloud platform such as AWS、AZURE、GPC、Aliyun，as well as application migration, data migration, security and compliance, and be able to propose solutions to common problems

对当前主流云供应商 (AWS、AZURE、GPC、阿里云等)提供的服务有比较全面的了解，并具有向公有云迁移部署的经验；了解应用迁移、数据迁移、安全性及合规等方面，能够对常见的问题提出解决方案。
