Enterprise Support Engineer

As an increasing number of large enterprises move their critical systems to the cloud, we are in need of high-powered technical engineers to help our largest customers navigate the operational challenges of cloud computing. You will work one-on-one with our top-tier customers, supporting the software development lifecycle for cloud services, operations management of active services and providing architecture advice. In this role, you will provide engineering support of Amazon Web Services to enterprise customers. With customer-facing skills, you should drive discussion about business, architecture and products with senior personnel. As a technical engineer, you will use your broad engineering experience to troubleshoot application and propose solution.

A day in the life：

? Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud

? Dive deep together with Enterprise customers and internal teams, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems.

? Help Enterprise customers define IT and business processes that work well with cloud deployments

? Engage with Director and C-Level executives to translate business needs into technical and operational plans

? Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning

? Analyze and present operational reviews to customer leadership

Basic Qualifications (基本资格):

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related science/technical fields, equivalent training, certifications, and/or experience (计算机科学、计算机工程或相关科学/技术领域的学士或副学士学位）
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or currently enrolled with a graduation date by Jun 2022 (0-2年相关经验或在2022年6月前毕业)
• Experience with two or more of the following domains: systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), programming (Node.JS, Java, Ruby, C#, Python, or PHP), Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL), edge/security/big data or container technical domains.
