工作职责:

Diagnosis & Center of Excellence Manager– China Rare Disease BU

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement diagnosis improvement platforms & solutions to fully align with Rare Disease BU strategy to improve diagnosis rate in relative therapeutic area, targeting heart failure alliances and hospitals.

Execute the innovative diagnosis improvement platforms & solutions & projects.

Collaborate with medical, marketing and customer facing colleagues to identify diagnosis capability gap & opportunities in health systems and targeting heart failure alliances and hospitals, develop MTD system & referral system & education programs, build diagnosis & treatment center of excellence etc. to increase the diagnosis rate of rare diseases through partnership/collaboration with 3rd party, academic associations, discipline clinical departments & KOLs, etc.

Coordinate with medical, marketing, sales, digital and other cross-functions to ensure strong external stakeholder & customer engagement and motivation of screening, diagnosis, and treatment the rare diseases at targeting heart failure alliances.

Deliver training for sales team to better implement the strategy of RD BU.

Analysis and insights for diagnosis are well understood.

Conduct all strategies and project in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values, & regulatory guidelines in a compliant way.

任职资格:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or above degree required. Advance degree preferred, background in commercial, pharmaceutical, or health care industry is preferred.

5+ years commercial experience in healthcare industry. Experience in cardiovascular disease area or rare disease area is preferred.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning.

Demonstrates business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Develops excellence and courage to initiate, create, and bring ambiguity into action.

Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment.

Experienced in stakeholder engagement, customer insights identification and relationship management (e.g., 3rd party, academic associations, discipline clinical departments & KOLs, etc).

Strong ability to facilitate stakeholder & customer commitments and act on customer insights. Strong ability to synthesize & communicate local customer insights for planning.

Successful track record of navigating & managing multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure, influencing the team and cross-functions to deliver breakthroughs.

Proven ability to proactively lead the thinking - connect, communicate, and lead by influence.

Effectively to implement strategies and projects with internal/external stakeholders through partnership.

Active listening and empathy.

Ability to communicate effectively both in English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages.

Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity & compliance.
