Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
2. Execute all UX design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
3. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
4. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
5. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
6. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
7. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Requirements:
1. 5-7 years above working experience in Internet and finance field.
2. Oral English is MUST skill. Should be good enough to communicate with English native speaker individually.
3. Experience in digital product design such as apps, desktop, web, and/or digital ecosystems.
4. User experience designer with capability to combine creative and usability viewpoints to create user-friendly products.
5. Skilled in human-centred design thinking, web/mobile interface design and software programming.
6. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
7. Proficiency in key design applications, and the knowledge of when to use which tools Pen and paper, whiteboard and marker Wireframes and Visual design tools, including Sketch, Illustrator. Prototyping tools, including Axure 5, Invision.
8. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
9. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
10. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
11. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
12. Art college graduation preferred, BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, and/or Visual Communication Design discipline.
13. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50% possible)
