Responsibilities：
1.To support National PDM Manager to achieve team goals, and contribute to build medical team capacity framework and development plan with team.
2.Keep close communication with regional manager and frontline employee, Collect training needs from business side and seek for solutions base on needs.
3.Develop professional training material, organize and deliver business training to regional employee independently and frequently.
4.Operate different E-learning platforms and deliver online/offline training, activities, quizzes proficiently.
Translate and localize knowledge and resources form above market and global.
Drive business strategy & results with training execution.
5.Give onsite coaching to regional medical representations and help them to enhance capabilities.
Manage & analyze training data and related materials after training and project.
6.Plan and organize project as project manager.
7.Other related works.
Qualifications：
1.Science related degree with Physiology/ Nutrition/ Medicine/Biology/ Pharmacology/Nursing/ Food sciences or other Human- or Nutrition science related field. Marketing or business related qualification will be beneficial.
2.More than 3 years experience as medical representation and 2-3 years training experience.
3.Excellent writing & presentation skill in Chinese & English.
4.Can travel frequently and have passion on training.
5.Love team work and keep engagement in team.
