Job Description & Summary:
The Clients & Markets team is part of the Internal Firm Services line of service. It is responsible for driving the establishment and maintenance of strong client relationships and high-quality service delivery to the firm’s priority accounts. It does this through working with the firm’s leadership and with relationship partners and account teams across the business. Although the team is run centrally, most team members are physically dispersed around different areas of the business. Our team is a client focused group that is responsible for positioning the PwC brand and driving long term growth. You’ll work with sales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives.
Job description:
Clients & Markets team is looking for a high calibre take on a full time Project Management (PMO) role, support and drive the SOE initiative.
- Support the SOE program lead partner to develop, drive and implement an the annual strategic plan, and other strategic documents for leadership review and discussions;
- Organize regular team meetings, develop meeting agenda prepare meeting materials and proactively follow up on post-meeting actions. Manage timely SOE reports including and not limited to revenue report, pipeline, and develop dashboard reports;
- Be a central point of contact in the Firm on SOE related questions and requests; and manage smooth communications amongst the different workstreams with the SOE program;
- Proactively work with XLoS team and Pursuit team on relevant SOE client proposals and meeting presentations;
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team on driving PwC’s SOE market profile. Including client events, marketing materials (capability statements, credentials, thought leadership).
Requirements:
- Work experience in Stated-owned enterprises and/or Big Four preferred;
- Familiarity with government or State-owned enterprises culture;
- Strong organizational and communication skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision;
- An organized, proactive, dependable person with good sense of ownership;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of large organisations and within the Firm and build close working relationships with partners;
- Degree holder in Marketing/Project Management or a related discipline;
- Strong Excel, PPT and analytical skills;
- Self-starter, able to work under pressure and with minimal guidance.
