Responsibilities

The RCAS staff is responsible for supporting global client engagements and senior/manager assigned to the engagement. Representative tasks include:

·       Pursuits - Working with senior staff and engagement manager to support scoping, solution design, proposal development, and preparing pitch documents or advice.

·       Transition - Working with senior staff and engagement manager to support the client’s compliance needs.

·       Service Delivery - Working with senior staff and engagement manager to support service delivery activities

·       Infrastructure - Assist with internal projects

Requirements

·       Undergraduate in Law from a recognized university with approximately 3-5 years’ of related work experience in data protection regulations practice.

·       Related work experience in data protection and data privacy regulations in an international law firm or equivalent experience in business or industry preferred

·       PRC bar is a plus but not necessary

·       Demonstrate technology proficiency and eagerness to expand technology and technical skills

·       Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
