JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with Business Directors to launch marketing development and participate in business negotiations with potential clients;
2. 开拓市场，主导或参与重大咨询项目的业务洽谈和商务谈判；
3. Generate revenue growth and achieve business goals by conducting comprehensive business plans and strategies;
4. 规划业务方向和业务战略，实现经营、预算及绩效目标；
5. Build and manage personnel team to promote service quality;
6. 和管理咨询团队、训练和培养见习咨询师；
7. Provide comprehensive suggestion to restructure the SOP and essential guidance to team members as a coacher;
8. 和完善业务流程、知识体系、指导咨询师工作；
9. Lead new developing program and make sure the products is in compliance with clients’ requirements;
10. 咨询、辅导及培训服务产品；
11. Manage and control the quality to all programs in progress.
12. 咨询项目的日常运作管理及质量控制。

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. B.S. degree or above majoring Auto Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent;
2. 制造、营销或管理相关性专业本科或以上学历；
3. At least 8 years working experience in automobile industries and at least 3 years experience as Technical Director in OEM or dealer;
4. /span>年以上汽车行业经验，其中至少3年以上担任OEM技术总监或汽车经销商技术总监的任职经验；
5. At least 2 years working in consulting firm or professional service provider, be familiar with the consulting firm’s operation;
6. /span>年以上汽车专业咨询/培训行业从业经验，熟悉咨询流程及管理。
7. Master the professional knowledge and industry marketing method, well understanding to marketing position analysis and clients’ need;

掌握行业的专业知识和营销知识，对市场定位和客户细分有较深了解，并拥有提高及改进想法；

5. Better to have business resource or relevant experience in well-known consulting firm;

有较深厚的行业人脉，有较好的业内资源 ，有国内外知名咨询公司或知名企业相关工作经验者优先考虑。

6. Good analytical skills with a high attention to detail and entrepreneurial spirit have the ability to be a strong team leader.
