Job Description
Job Highlights:
MUST * Good command in speaking and written English, basic contract knowledge
INTEREST in * License management
Role Purpose
Manage and maintain license information for toys and FMCG products globally, and responsible for ensuring the accuracy of license details and delivering the latest license info to NPD, Sale&Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance departments.
Duties include but not limited to:
? Manage and maintain the license system, including license agreement, license summary and license matrix s database
? Issue license-related documents e.g. brand authorization letters
? Liaise with internal and external parties for latest update license information;
? Assist in following up with the Licensee’s requests;
? Assist in handling ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree; 3+ years relevant working experience;
? Good command in speaking and written English
? Cautious, meticulous, and well organized;
? Strong communication and coordination skills (both verbal and written)
? Self-responsibility, honesty and integrity
? Immediately available preferred
