As the legal head, you will report to CFO and lead a legal team of 6-10 people.

作为法务负责人，向CFO汇报工作，并带领6-10人的法务团队。

Legal support focusing on all business, supporting compliance programs, contracts negotiation,IP management, litigation and dispute resolution, and provide training to various business units in research/development/manufacturing/sales and marketing.

为所有业务提供法律支持，支持合规计划、合同谈判、知识产权管理、诉讼和纠纷解决，并为各业务部门提供研发/生产/销售和市场营销方面的培训。

Ability and Skills:

1. Excellent design and governance ability for Group legal affair system.

集团法务规划能力，管理能力。

2. Excellent drafting skills (including ability to comfortably draft agreements, correspondence and other business materials ) and experience leading negotiation of complex agreements.

优秀的起草能力(包括起草协议、信件和其他商业材料的能力)和领导复杂协议谈判的经验。

3. Ability to recognize legal and ethical risks and communicate effectively regarding the same with business partners.

4. Demonstrate maturity, communication skills, influencing skills, judgement and functional expertise when solving legal issues and dealing with both internal and external clients.

We expected you graduated from reputable Chinese law school.

毕业于中国知名法律院校。

Fluent Chinese and English required.
