MISSION
Be the local SME for Logistics Automation including:
Smart Mechanical Automation: Good To Person, AGV, conveying, robots…
Digital Automation: RPA, digital application to improve operational performance and its management.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
？Define the needs for automation for current and future requirements in current facility or in a future one selecting the technology following Global guidelines and looking for Innovation when required.
？Document the technical needs, flows impacted by the automation.
？Reviewing the proposal from potential suppliers.
？Participate in the vendor selection and the Business Case calculations.
？Depending on the size and scope of the project, Lead or Support the project manager in the automation project phases (Open, Select, Do, Implement, Produce and Close)
？Participate in Risk management animation learning from lessons learned in other facilities and complementing with the ones impacting the new project.
？Document the process, IT infrastructure and technical requirements updating SOP and Training Plans
？Ensure Automation follows SPS guidelines
？Participate in Global SKN
