Job Description & Summary:

A career in Cloud Technology, within CDO Cloud Team, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by operating our cloud platform that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design, implementation and operation of cloud platform infrastructure within PwC cloud platform and providing technology that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Tech Lead/Manager of the PwC CDO Cloud Team, you will work in an operation team with extensive technology and industry experience, deliver standard operations service to meet platform and business KPI and SLA. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing the cloud platform infrastructure environment from a holistic point of view, ensuring it meets all the business requirements；
• Responsible for the implementation and enhancement of Cloud infrastructure projects in China region；
• Providing technical leadership, create, and manage infrastructure short / long-term plan and standards according to the Cloud strategic plan and roadmap for PwC China region；
• Leading a technical team to carry out deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks within the implemented cloud platform；
• Supporting to develop, implement, and maintain operations policies and processes for the cloud platform general administration；
• Timely respond to incident around the platform, identify and isolate root cause quickly；
• Following security management specification and workflow, operate security management；
• Conduct/assist in regular capacity/cost analysis or security & audit review；
• Collaborating with local/global security management to ensure all security related controls and measures are implemented, managed, controlled and reported；
• Collaborating with product owner, software solution architect and application developers to provision Dev/QA/Staging/Prod cloud environments which matches business, functional and performance specifications；
• Foster technologies to be adopted to meet future business needs, prioritize project；
• Supporting to build Knowledge base which relevant to the cloud platform；
• Offering training and guidance to all whose roles bring them into contact with the cloud platform infrastructure.

Qualifications /Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information technology, system security, computer science or similar field；
• Proven working experience in directly operating and managing Infrastructure Teams (above 5 years)；
• Skills and experience to translate application requirement into infrastructure architecture；
• Demonstrated experience writing Infrastructure-as- Code using some of following tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Packer, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc；
• Experience of managing and supporting HA/DR system in cloud environment；
• Functional understanding of the DevOps model and agile project management；
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize；
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices；
• Hands-on experience with windows server system, Microsoft O365, virtual machine system, computer networks, network administration and network installation；
• Ability to interact with IT personnel on all levels to resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner；
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills including relationship building, listening and questioning；
• Good English, both spoken and written；

Preferred skills:

• Highly appreciated for 5+ years cloud infrastructure related working experience；
• Proficient in Windows/Linux Server, Azure AAD, DNS, MPLS, SDWAN, Secure VPN, SDN, Intelligent DNS；
• Expertise in Alibaba/Huawei/Tencent Cloud is strongly desired, experience with AWS/Azure is a plus；
• Skilled in use of these programming languages: Shell/Python/JS/Java/PowerShell (two of them at least)；
• Related certifications (Ali Cloud, CISSP, CCIE, etc.) are preferred but not must；
• Familiar with IT Audit standard: ISO27001/27017/27018, DJCP,CCCPF.
