• Assist clients in their individual tax compliance obligations, including preparation of individual tax computations and returns and handling correspondence with the respective tax authorities;
• Provide advice on clients international mobility, reward and employment related matters;
• Coach and provide on-job-training to junior colleagues;
• Assist manager on account management and practice development; and
• Maintain relationship with client and officer of government authority (Conduct daily communication with client and officer of government authority, respond to client’s request on a timely manner).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Japanese;At least 4-5 years relevant experiences with Big 4 CPA firm would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and Mandarin, good English skills would be a plus;
• Flexibility and open-mindedness;
• Ability to think creatively and a thirst for knowledge;
• Confident with a strong business sense;
• Strong analytical skills and organising skills;
• A team player with good interpersonal skills, self-initiated and results-oriented.
