- Wearelookingformanagerand/orseniormanagerlevelcandidateswithinDealspracticetotakeupSDCtechnicalcoachrole;
- ThemainresponsibilitywillbeprovidingguidancetotheDealsdedicatedSDCteam,deliveringtechnicaltrainingandensuringqualitydeliveryinSDCjobtasks;
- Thecandidatesneedtoworkfull-timeinChengduSDCsitededicatedlyandthosewhocandevote>=18monthssecondmenttimewillbepreferred;
- Afterthesecondment,thecandidatecanchoosetoreturnhomeofficeorpermanentlyrelocatedinChengdubasedonpersonalplan.
Requirement
- 5+years(forM)ofrelevantexperienceinaudit,duediligenceorconsulting,atleastoneyear’sexperienceasateammanagerleadingfinancialduediligenceprojectsispreferred;
- Adegreeineconomics,accounting,businessorfinancewithprofessionalqualificationsinaccounting/finance(includingCPA/ACCA)isrequired.BigFouraccountingfirmorequivalentbackgroundisrequired;
- Experiencedinmanagingateamofstaffinmultiplelocationsonlarge-scaleprojects;Experiencedinmanagingoverseasanddomesticclients;
- Theabilitytounderstandbusiness/economicconditionsandgovernment/regulatory/policy/politicalissuesinChinaandbeabletointerprettheirimpactonvariousbusinesses.Abletothinkstrategicallyandlogically;
- Familiarwithriskmanagementissues;
- ExcellentcommunicationskillsinEnglishandMandarin;Brightteamplayer,whoworkseffectivelyunderpressure;
- Hands-oninunravellingcommercialcomplexities;
- ExcellentwrittenEnglish,includingtheabilitytowritesuccinct,well-structuredreports.
