瑞庆汽车发动机技术有限公司成立于2012年，前身系奇瑞公司动力总成事业部在焦作设立的子公司，2017年11月股权变更后隶属于宜宾凯翼汽车有限公司。公司坐落于河南省焦作市城乡一体化示范区神州路东段1619号，主要从事整车传统动力系统、新能源动力系统(增程器、插电式混动)的研发、制造、销售(包括出口)、售后服务等相关业务。

　　瑞庆汽车发动机技术有限公司占地面积18万平方米，包括2个厂房，研发大楼等，具备年产44万台发动机的生产能力。产品涵盖0.6L-1.2L(1.3T-1.8T在研)多个系列，广泛应用于乘用车、商用车、非道路用车、发电机组、低速汽车、工程机械及特种车辆等领域。

It belongs to Yibin Cowin Automobile Co., Ltd. after the stock rights changed in November 2017. It is located at No. 1619, East Section Of Shenzhou Road Of Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration District, Jiaozuo, Henan Province. The company is mainly engaged in research, manufacture, sales (including export), after-sales service and other related businesses of traditional powertrain system and new energy powertrain system(range extender, plug-in hybrid).
