As an Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for excellence in analytics on CNDEX Business Commercial related activities like Pricing Management, Vendor/Customer Management, Credit Limit Management, support on profitable growth, drive the continuous improvement activities and assist to deliver KPIs from the full value chain perspective for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will Streamline price process & LAT, to support price operational efficiency.

- Being efficient in price analysis to find price improvement opportunity, to support price optimization
- Proposing efficient price actions to support topline and bottom line target achievement
- Supporting on price strategy & policy defining, offer constructive comments & proposal
- Streamlining price process & LAT, to support price operational efficiency
- Business & Pricing system/data setting up & maintenance, timely refreshing Pricing Tools data and update dashboards
- Supporting on Audit samples tracking and other pricing activities
- Providing master data management for vendors and customers, ensuring credit limit management for customers
- Managing supplier selection checking & reviewing regularly (follow internal control policy)

- Minimum of 6 to 8 years in a statistics, data, or analytical position
- Must be experienced and have strong analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Being familiar with Excel, Power Point, Power BI, SAP are priority
- A Bachelor or above degree
- Fluency in English oral communications and written reports
- Must have good communication skill
- Must be a quick Learner
