As the role of Planning & Fulfillment Specialist, oversee the process of forecast, purchase, delivery and inventory monitoring and management for Electrification business in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you will collect and evaluate front end marketing information and analysis history data and provide a middle or short term forecast to EMS suppliers, cooperate with relevant departments to improve ROTD and shorten delivery LT.

- Developing a procurement plan for finished products and key components, especially the forecast of high-risk materials.
- Purchasing of Imported raw materials, sea and air transportation tracking and customs clearance and handling of issues related to purchase (statement checking, receipt, invoice related).
- Based on the front-end sales forecasts and estimation, delivery a reliable and implementable finished product forecasts as demand management.
- Evaluating the forecast accuracy based on the market and product group and improving the forecast accuracy in a targeted manner.
- Assisting the product management department in product life cycle management and participate in PLM-based material change process and task processing.
- Monitoring the trend of VMI inventory and take proactive measures based on analysis.
- Historical sales data analysis and give basic advice to product portfolio management.

- More than 5 years of working experience on plan, procurement and logistics related.
- Familiar with SAP system operation and Microsoft office, Understand MRP logistic, extensive experience on inventory control.
- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
- Understanding of import and export business process and has basic capability of data statistic and data analysis.
- Team-work spirit, high responsibility and ability of self-drive with excellent communication in English both written and oral.
