An exciting role has opened in our BioProcessing team. In Operational Product Management (OPM) we are the bridge between Product Management and our manufacturing sites. We support and drive activities related to New Product Data Introductions, site transfers, customization requests and master data. We build vital connections between Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Commercial. We accept challenges that can be tackled with our experience, our problem-solving skills and our passion for collaborating with our worldwide teams. 

In this position you will link our local partners in the APAC region with our international colleagues based in Europe and North America. You focus on supporting and driving a wide range of topics such as product transfers, change notifications, master data activities, process engineering and project management. With your generalist approach, broad skillset and autonomous working style you get to connect people, processes, products and data.

? Degree in e.g., Life Sciences, engineering, economics, or information technology

? Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, ideally in various functions in an international environment

? Passionate about working across functions, cultures and hierarchies

? High analytical thinking skills and can-do demeanor towards solving sophisticated problems

? Diligent and autonomous working style

? Ability to build meaningful networks across functions and hierarchical levels

? Ideally a good understanding of the Biotech industry

? Skilled in balancing priorities of several different projects and tasks

? Ideally an experienced user of IT and ERP-systems e.g., SAP, Oracle

? Strong IT-affinity

? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese is a requirement

? Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment and industry

? Project management skills

? Open to travel domestically between sites in Nantong, Wuxi and Shanghai and some international travelling
