This is a critical role in warehouse, who will be a “Key User” for SAP EWM module, particularly in building up good system process fitting into physical operation, optimizing and improving working efficiency. Areas of responsibilities include:

• Coordination of periodic integration tests referring to different SAP logistic modules
• Trouble shooting for SAP process related requests/questions from internal or external stakeholders
• Coordination of the enhancements, processes and SAP functions
• Creation and documentation of the business process related concepts, training documents
• Secure know-how of local key users (incl. Backup)

·         Key player in SAP project phases: pre project, project, post go live support

·         Leading SAP system enhancement projects in warehouse, including optimizing the inbound, picking strategy, handover process with carrier, support and optimize process via digitalization

·         Improve automation in warehouse working scope by using RPA tool, like auto maintain Master data, auto inventory report, auto check open TO/TR and etc.

·         Education & Working Experience:  

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related area

·         3-5 years’ experiences in IT (SAP implementation), logistic / related function areas (SAP Use/Implementation experience is a MUST)

·         Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·         Strong communication skills

·         Excellent knowledge of SAP Module SD/WM/TM

·         Involved in SAP (ERP) implementations, preferably in template rollouts

·         High ability to handle stress, good time/ self-management, team player

·         Fluency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) required
