Purpose:
On leveling up Merck Semiconductor business in China, forecasting the coming growth as well as important data analytic to evaluate the business performance and indicating future growth and strategic direction that data and numbers does matters. To support future growth ambition, development and management of data is important. To either enable the transformation on data for digitalization but also maximize the use on that for giving clear direction for the company to move alone with rapid growth semi industry of China.
Nature and Scope:
This position is to:
· Data compiling on numbers, result, as well as projections
· Developing models for business forecast as well as future growth segment with clear scenarios and analysis.
· Managing data and info and to digitalize in parallel.
· Work close with Finance , business teams (sales, R&D, tech service) for all relevant data collection, compilation, checking and analysis for the scope of each function team with clear indication for growing segments that teams are either to agree on and to develop with too.
· Strategic planning for any use on business development as well as investment needs.
· Market intelligent development.
