Purpose of the position (additional to role description) 工作目的(除了通力角色定义的其它职责)
The Customer service Ordering Team Leader receives and processes elevator/escalator or equipment/component delivery inquiries and orders from KONE Front Line units. The Customer service specialist enables complete, correct and punctual deliveries of products and solutions to FL units as requested. He / She manages the interface with all key stakeholders during the delivery project
Responsibilities and key activities required (additional to role description) 工作职责(除了通力角色定义的其它职责)
? Clarify the documents, OF/Price/Drawing/Lead time for all the SOC orders
? Create the SOC orders in SAP and pass the order information to SOC related function
? Quote and prepare the VO/Component order
? Maintain the order milestone in SAP and order record system
? Provide technical and business related support to SOC FL effectively and promptly.
? Support on the new product release testing work
? Support on the SOC related function needs, like FB handling, *** checking, AR payment communication
? Be responsible for the implementation of EHS Management System and related processes in the respective areas / units, and provide the resources needed for the purpose.

- Work load(new order&V.O&SEB&drawing);
- Order Handling time;
- VO&Comp. Quotation time;
- Internal feedback(PRE-NRP,NRP missing,failure for follow existing process,like finance price mistake, logistic, SAP problem);
- External feedback; IMS; CA close time;
- 5S

Competence & qualification requirement:
1. Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent;
2. Good command of English;
Sound PC skills & Strong knowledge of Products.
High team sprite, excellent teamwork and strong communication skill.
3. Over 3 years experiences in related field .
4. Result-oriented, highly motivated, forward thinking and task driven, high degree of integrity, high sense of responsibility.
5. Good data analysis ability and problem solving skill.
EHS Requirement:
1. Has the ability to implement / manage subordinates to strictly follow safety & environemtnal protection policy and operation.
2. Understanding of safety accidents emergency response process.
3. General knowledge of waste mangement.
4. Undertand safety sign, such as safe passage, exit, etc
