Primary Responsibilities of the position:
- Perform the most updated BD strategy, tactics, sales plans and revenue targets
- Identifying customer need and make deals by contract signing in target areas
- Developing relationships with clients
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Build and oversee a sales team in the long term
Position requirements, Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in Molecular Biology or Clinical Testing related;
- At least 3 years working experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with clinical CRO experience (such as Tigermed and Foutain-Med) is a strong plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Written & Spoken)
- Good business sense, Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Able to work independently, but also a good team player
- The ability to work and communicate calmly under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
- Good budget and report writing skills
- The ability to build, motivate and lead a team
