Your role:
Support digital sales strategy planning
Drive digital strategy realization with reporting
Lead digital sales planning and implementation of assigned project
Main Responsibilities:
Support digital sales strategy planning
Drive digital strategy realization with reporting
Lead digital sales planning and implementation of assigned projects
Deep dive life science segments, portfolios and provide insights to support business growth
Leverage digital solutions to optimize digital sales daily sales process to improve productivity
Drive collaboration across different teams and manage cross-team projects and track project execution
Work within and across digital sales team to drive collaboration across different teams and manage cross-team projects and track project execution
Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
Who you are:
Master degree with Chemistry or Biology related background, MBA is a plus
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Project Manager or Strategy Expert in life science or related industry
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage and communicate across boundaries, build cross-functional collaboration, and influence without direct authority
Effective communication skills and time management
Self-motivated with a strong desire to drive for/deliver results
Strong leader, able to motivate people to meet their commitments
Must be able to provide strong analytical data, excellent skill of Excel/ Tableau/ Power BI, can analyze data from different dimension and dig out business driver to input insights
Knowledge of strategy methodology, workshop arrangement
Knowledge of sales department tools and software such as SAP, SFDC, and other collaboratives systems
Knowledge of project management principles including proficient use of project management tools and software such as MS Project/ SharePoint/ Teams/ Xmind and other collaborative systems
Fluent English oral and writing skills
Consulting background is a plus
